To provide the service, Aura eSIM collects your email address, your eSIM identifiers, your account balance and top-up history, and data usage totals needed for billing. We do not sell personal data.

Payments

Payments on this site are processed by Citrus Mobile, which acts as the merchant of record for card transactions.

Card details are entered directly with the payment processor and are never stored by Aura eSIM.

How we use data

We use your data to deliver the eSIM, bill usage, send service emails (login codes, receipts, low-balance notices), and provide support. Network partners receive the technical identifiers needed to connect your device.

Retention and your rights

Account and billing records are kept as long as your account exists and as required by tax and accounting rules. You can ask for a copy of your data or request deletion by emailing support@aurapopups.com.
