Terms of Service

1. The service

Aura eSIM provides prepaid mobile data through an eSIM profile for use in the destinations listed on the Coverage & Rates page. Data is billed as you use it at the per-GB rate shown for the network you connect to at the time of use.

2. Your account and balance

You add a balance to your account starting from $10. Your balance does not expire. When your balance reaches zero, data stops until you top up again. Rates can change; the rate shown on the site at the time of use applies.

3. Payments

Payments on this site are processed by Citrus Mobile, which acts as the merchant of record for card transactions.

Charges appear on your statement with a short descriptor for Aura eSIM. You are responsible for any bank or currency-conversion fees your card issuer applies.

4. Devices and coverage

Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Coverage depends on partner networks in each destination and can vary by location; Aura eSIM does not guarantee a minimum speed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to resell access without permission, or to interfere with the networks that provide it. Aura eSIM may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Aura eSIM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
